RADELN BIKE BAG or “Roadie Bag”

Usage Guidelines

FAILURE TO FOLLOW WARNINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH, VEHICLE ACCIDENTS, PROPERTY DAMAGE AND VOID THE PRODUCT WARRANTY.

SAFETY IS ALWAYS #1. HAULING BIKES AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS IS A SERIOUS TASK. DO NOT IGNORE ANY WARNINGS.

The RADELN bike bag was designed solely for providing a protective cover over bikes being transported on a bike rack attached to the exterior of a vehicle.

Driving with a bike mounted on a vehicle is dangerous.

  • Before driving, make sure that no part of the RADELN bike bag is obstructing any brake light, hazard light, turn signal, other light or any safety feature on the vehicle.
  • Check that all straps, attachments, or other fastening devices are secured properly before each use.
  • Inspect the RADELN bike bag and all fastening devices regularly for wear.
  • Do not exceed posted speed limits.
  • Using a bike cover can create additional wind drag - make sure your vehicle, bike rack and RADELN bike cover can handle windy conditions before use.  Use extreme caution in windy conditions.
  • Do not use a RADELN bike bag on a roof rack in windy conditions or when cross winds are present.
  • Do not drive through a car-wash with a bike on your rack.
  • Do not place your RADELN bike bag near a hot exhaust.

Failure to follow these usage guidelines and/or modification of the RADELN bike bag or any components in any way will void the warranty.

Please use with caution.
