Pikes Peak, also known as "America's Mountain," stands tall at a whopping 14,115 feet (4,302 meters) above sea level. It is a behemoth of a climb with a starting elevation at just under 8,000 ft above sea level. For serious leg-haters only. This route starts at Red Dog Coffee in downtown Manitou Springs.

- 6.2% average grade (a bit misleading from two minor descents on the climb)
Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife along the way. Pikes Peak is home to some entertaining critters, including bighorn sheep, marmots, and even the elusive mountain lion 👀.
Hydrate like a camel, pack lots of snacks, and layer up!
